Cucine(s) aux Zaccros de ma Rue

Pendant 3 mois, une semaine par mois, Floriane Facchini et son équipe ont sillonné la ville de Nevers, proposant des moments de rencontres, dans l’espace public, autour d’ateliers pizza ou d’apérosoupes, collectant anecdotes et recettes de cuisine et allant à la rencontre des habitants qui le souhaitent, chez eux, se mettant ensemble aux fourneaux et écoutant leur histoire. Ce projet au long cours, générateur d’histoires et de liens, s’est achevé le 7 juillet 2019 dans le cadre du Festival Les Zaccros d'ma Rue ! Autour d'une grande tablée, des plats métissés et colorés, des installations plastiques et photographiques retraçant les nombreuses rencontres et actions du projet, le tout dans une scénographie imaginée et construite avec les habitants.

For three months, one week a month, Floriane Facchini and her team travelled around the city of Nevers, proposing moments of encounter in the public space, around pizza workshops or aperitifs, collecting anecdotes and recipes and going to meet the inhabitants who wished to do so, in their homes, getting down to cooking together and listening to their stories. Drawing on reality, life stories and encounters, Floriane Facchini & Cie's approach is ethnographic and relational. Its objective is to unearth the human heritage hidden in the underbelly of our cities and to highlight empirical knowledge, oral culture, the knowledge of the ordinary. This long-term project, which generates stories and links, was completed in July 2019 as part of the Festival Les Zaccros d'ma Rue!
Around a large table, colourful and mixed dishes, plastic and photographic installations recounting the numerous meetings and actions of the project, all in a scenography imagined and built with the inhabitants.
